Shutterbugs

Brief

I moved to Batam, Indonesia, for a few months to assist with setting up a new 2d pipeline using Toon Boom Harmony for a new show, Shutterbugs. This involved designing and implementing the pipeline alongside the production team, as well as creating various layout templates for use in the show. The animation was a mix of recent graduates and experienced 3d animators, so I also trained them on using Harmony and the pipeline we had out in place.

Shutterbugs follows Flick the Firefly, an investigative reporter for the Murky Muse newspaper, his pals Horace the horsefly and Opal the orb webbed spider, as they help shed light on first time experiences for preschool viewers better relate to their world.
